Who we are
Kathleen Breeding is an experienced administrator with extensive expertise in education and public health operations. Kathleen has worked both on private and publicly funded programs to develop initiatives, coordinate professional development, and enhance outcomes.
With hands-on experience both on the ground and at policy-level, she’s skilled in best practices for quality monitoring, fiscal strategies, differentiated learning, and scaffolding support processes. Kathleen designs and delivers data-driven interventions, assessment, monitoring, and program compliance. Kathleen is also passionate about fostering a meaningful connection between programs and their communities.
Kathleen’s focus is on the intersectionality of relationships that shape women and children’s lives. After graduating cum laude from Dartmouth College , Kathleen received her Masters in the Science of Public Health at Johns Hopkins where she was an Albert Schweitzer fellow. She then graduated from Columbia University with a Medical Doctorate and worked as a Doris Duke Clinical Research Fellow.
Kathleen’s approach is deeply collaborative, focusing on aligning institutional practices with equity-driven goals and measurable outcomes.
David Esbin is a seasoned consultant with over 10 years of experience with a strong foundation in technology integration. David has worked with non profits and community-based organizations to improve outcomes and create sustainable systems for growth.
His work spans a range of services, including strategic planning, instructional coaching, program evaluation, and leadership development. He has supported operators and administrators across diverse settings—urban, suburban, and rural—helping them implement evidence-based practices and adapt to shifting landscapes.
Prior to consulting, David worked as a management consultant and as Executive Director of Californians for Quality Early Learning. He also has served on the board of the California Assembly Blue Ribbon Commission on Early Childhood Education. Dave graduated from Purdue University, majoring in Genetic Biology, with hands-on experience in research and innovation roles allowing him to bridge the gap between theory and practice.
