Kathleen Breeding is a seasoned educator and consultant with extensive expertise in education operations and administration. Kathleen has worked both on private and publicly funded programs to develop curriculum initiatives, professional development workshop, and enhance student outcomes.

With hands-on classroom experience, she’s skilled in best practices for quality monitoring, fiscal strategies, differentiated learning, and funding strategies. Kathleen designs and delivers training workshops for educators on social emotional interventions, assessment, data-driven decision making, and compliance. Kathleen is also passionate about equipping programs with strategies to support development at home, fostering a meaningful connection between school and community.

David Esbin is a seasoned education consultant with over 10 years of experience driving innovative and student-centered strategies in the education space. With a strong foundation in curriculum design, teacher professional development, and educational technology integration, David has worked with non profits, independent schools, and educational organizations to improve learning outcomes and create sustainable systems for growth.

David’s approach is deeply collaborative, focusing on aligning instructional practices with equity-driven goals and measurable student success. His work spans a range of services, including strategic planning, instructional coaching, program evaluation, and leadership development. He has supported educators and administrators across diverse settings—urban, suburban, and rural—helping them implement evidence-based practices and adapt to shifting educational landscapes.

Prior to education consulting, worked as an management consultant and as an Executive Director to Californians for Quality Early Learning. He also has served on the board of the Blue Ribbon Commission. His hands-on experience in multiple roles allows him to bridge the gap between theory and practice, offering insights that are both practical and impactful.

Whether guiding a school through a full-scale instructional redesign or coaching a team of teachers, David brings clarity, compassion, and a commitment to excellence to every partnership.
